By creating an account, accessing, or using Scandinavian Yatzy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content, conduct, and activity associated with your account, including any communications sent through our chat features.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree NOT to:

• Use offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language in chat or any communication
• Post or transmit any content that is hateful, racist, sexist, violent, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent
• Spam other users or use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent

Our multiplayer features include chat functionality. All communications must be respectful and appropriate. We have zero tolerance for:

• Hate speech or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Threats of violence or harm
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual content
• Personal attacks or insults
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Sharing personal information of others without consent

We reserve the right to monitor chat communications and take appropriate action against violators.

Our Rights: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Inappropriate conduct in chat or gameplay
• Use of cheats, hacks, or exploits
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
• Any behavior that harms or may harm other users or the Service

Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sohda Holding AS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software unless permitted by law.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of Scandinavian Yatzy. Cheating, exploitation of bugs, or any form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to modify game rules, features, and gameplay mechanics at any time without prior notice.

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sohda Holding AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Your interactions with advertisers found on the Service are solely between you and such advertiser. We are not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such dealings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
